Hi There, Nextjs, what this website is written in, has suffered a severe vulnerability[1]. I am forced to take the website down as I am unable to provide an update to the website, because GitHub has suspended my account, https://github.com/skybird23333/, causing me to lose all of my data. I hence don't have the latest code for this website and is unable to make a fix. Feel free to reach out to me at 2603003199a@gmail.com, or @skybird23333 on Discord. I would like to take this opportunity to remind you, if you are using GitHub or similar, that YOUR DATA DOES NOT BELONG TO YOU. GitHub has suspended me with no indication they have done so and no clear reasoning for it. Their support system is an illusion of hope for those wronged to sweep them under the rug. My life's work, that I depend on for school, work and life, disappeared in a flash under a fragmented system built on top of corporate incompentence, with a badge of "suspension" slapped on it to justify their glaring error, and so can it happen to you in a flash. You should always have your data in multiple locations. In particular: - Mirror your important repositories to GitLab, and periodically save them to Google Drive. - For schoolwork, consider using syncthing or cloud drives on top of GitHub in case of hardware failure. - If you use GitHub professionally, especially if you need it for work, you should have evidence of your portfolio available elsewhere. Consider posting LinkedIn updates of your projects, and actively maintain a list of referrals. This is more than my case, but cases I have seen of other people whose lives depend on it more than me, turned away by GitHub support after an unjust ban. Be warned.
